A few weeks ago, Evan approached Indy Brand Clothing about doing some photos for them, after finding them on instagram. Being pacific northwest transplants living in southern california, we love the outdoors and the adventures it holds, especially now that we have a whole new landscape to explore, so we love adventure-themed clothing! Indy Brand sent us some sick shirts to play with, and I'll share two today: the 'find home' tank on me and the 'go outdoors' tank on him. 

Our motto for working on projects together is that we'll only do it if it's fun. Since we are long-distance and only get two weekends or so together each month, time together is precious! So we make every project an adventure and a time to learn and grow creatively together while also finding new places in LA or San Diego. Malibu Creek State Park ended up being a perfect place to photograph these outdoor-themed tanks...more on this park and how we learned about it the hard way in the next post. 

By the way, these tanks are super soft and light and perfect for the outdoors. I'm actually wearing mine right now, because I basically can't take it off. Wear them hiking, over your swimsuit, under some overalls, or with a flannel for laid-back perfection (which is a look that all of soCal has perfected, and I'm still working on). 

Obviously we couldn't help making a few lizard friends along the way. Yo indy brand, thanks for allowing us to work with you! We had a bomb time and I'm stoked to share the other half of these photos next. #GoOutdoors, y'all.
